Happy Holidays from MoneyAisle

Everyone at MoneyAisle wishes you and your family best wishes for the holiday season.

We had a fantastic 2008 - we launched MoneyAisle, won Best of Show at the Finovate conference, and received some amazing coverage in the traditional media and the blogosphere.

We've got some big things in store for 2009, I can't wait to share it with all of you.

Are credit unions among the bidders now? If not, will they be included in future?

Welcome to the new year 2009.I stumbled on moneyaisle.com and feels its a good site with a great services many people are not aware of. This is ''power to the people'' to go for the highest bidder. I will be reading and be contributing to this blog.

Hello nuclux, thank you for the kind words about the blog. I look forward to reading and responding to your comments.

To answer the question posed by Anonymous - currently credit unions are not among the bidders for high-yield savings or cd rates. This is because we require all the banks in the MoneyAisle network to be members of the FDIC.

As MoneyAisle grows and new products are offered, credit unions may play a role - we'll be sure and keep you posted if they do - but there are no current plans to add credit unions to the bidders.
